So, after just writing about what I think of different beers, it became noticeable that my blog had a "so what?" factor. I am attempting to remedy that by rating the beers I try. I'm going to do it this way:
Rating A: category rating. Within it's own category (IPA, sour, porter, stout, etc) what rating would I give it? 1-5.
Rating B: Overall rating, outside of category. 1-5.
